We love spooky season here at Super Heroines Etc.! The supernatural, the occult and all things creepy get our imaginations going so here are some of the media we're consuming/supporting this month:

CINCINNATI CABINET OF CURIOSITIES
Cincinnati Cabinet of Curiosities is a 40-page comic anthology exploring the paranormal lore of six locations in the Cincinnati region. Local children's book illustrator (and avid DnD player) Christina Wald and editor Kat Klockow collected the area's best hauntings and urban legends for this book. "IS IT TRANSPHOBIC?" PODCAST
The "Is It Transphobic?" podcast is hosted by Ashley Lauren Rogers with other trans and non-binary folks discussing movies and TV show episodes that other critics and media outlets have deemed transphobic. Most recently, the IIT crew explored Alien, Hazbin Hotel and The Lost Boys.
