Women of color will make up 53 percent of the population by 2050, which makes closing the racial gap key to creating a society and workforce that will sustain U.S. competitiveness. This thought-provoking and diverse panel will discuss how women of color are shifting the dynamic in six critical areas: economic security, the wage gap, health, educational attainment, political leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Join members of Super Heroines, Etc. as we attend this panel presented by the Missouri History Museum after which we will follow up with a short casual decompression with thoughts and responses.
While this event is free it will require registration, so if you would like to come with members of Super Heroines, Etc. make sure to register with us by 5:00 pm May 24th and Fox will register everyone together.
This panel is paired with the exhibit #1 In Civil Rights: The African American Freedom Struggle in St. Louis
